Posebna prednost je v interdisciplinarni ekipi, ki že vrsto let sodeluje in tudi razume problem iz različnih perspektiv ter je razvila skupen jezik za iskanje rešitev na sicer izjemno težavnem družbenem področju.

Povezovanje z mrežo služb v lokalnem okolju, z mrežo kulturnih ustanov, ki jih hočemo povezati v skupno aktivnost. S tem bo ekipa ustvarila pogoje za skupno delo tudi dolgoročno v prihodnosti in pogoje za integracijo, vključitev ljudi s posebnimi potrebami tudi v procesih preselitev uporabnikov v skupnost, v procesih dezinstitucionalizacije in preobrazbe institucij v skupnostne službe.

Udeleženci si s svojim delom prizadevamo vpeljati najboljše možne etične prakse pri delu z ranljivimi skupinami, pri osveščanju in vključevanju ljudi v skupnost, hkrati pa želimo osveščati širšo skupnost o skupnemu sobivanju.
